Hello doc, here's my report. uterus:4.98 x 5.15 x 5.58 cmc, uterus is retroverted with normal, endometrium:24.10 mms, thin intact endomyometrial junction. cervix:2.46 x 1.84 x 2.91 cms, no nabothian cyst seen. right ovary:3.72 x 2.25 x 3.31 cms(vol=14.50 cm3) no dominant left ovary:3.38 x x 2.03 x 2.37 cms(vol=8.38 cm3) no dominant Others: within both ovaries are multiple >10, small(<10mm) fullicles, stroma suggestive of polycystic ovaries, no free fluids in the cul de sac. IMPRESSION: normal sized retroverted uterus with thin endometrium polycystic ovaries, bilateral. *what doest it mean doc? *I do have PCOS or PCOD base on my report? somebody please help me to understand my report.
