For my wife, Ovaries: Right ovary measures 2.5 x 3.2 x 1.7 cm; volume 7.2 cc. Left ovary measures 2.7 x 2.2 x 2.5 cm; volume 7.7 cc. Multiple small follicles are seen in both the ovaries. There is no free fluid in the peritoneal cavity. ------------------------------------------------------------- This is what report, says, are we in PCOS or anything serious? Any health or pregnancy complications for us and baby?

Consult Now
Please get her AMH level done and get her Follicular study done. That will show the pattern of growth of Follicles and give some clues to the diagnosis of PCOS.
