Previous period bleeding begining to previous period bleeding end is 56 days. What form of emergency contraceptive is better ? Will it interfere with PCOS.

Please consult a Gynaecologist for further information and management. Your story (in writing) is too confusing for a logical interpretation. A face to face consultation will be better.
