I was having PCOS but I conceived naturally three times. But it got miscarriage and abortion. I have given the fetus test for DNA and the result came. The result of the essay indicate a whole arm gain of chromosome 13. The other autosomes except chr 1 and the sex chromosome reveals a normal pattern. Interpretation : abnormal female with gain for whole arm of chromosome 13 , indicative a patau syndrome. Pls suggest whether I will have a Normal pregnancy in future.
