Pcos and railway medical test

I have pcos from many years now I have qualified rrb technician grade 3 exam. And in my zone they are doing usg of abdomen so they will know about my pcos and irregular periods. Will it be a concern will they reject me in medical examination because of pcos?? I am 162 cm height 56 kg weight. I don't have diabetes or something. I am very much worried this tension taken my sleep. Please say something. I don't know what to do. Please say is pcos can be cause of rejection in medical examination for railway jobs??? Age 27 .

PCOS is generally not a criteria for rejection in such exams as it doesn't affect the ability of physical exertion.
