PCOD - Trying to Conceive

I have recently been informed that I have PCOD and I do not have any if the symptoms and my ultrasound scan is clear only my testosterone levels are a bit high. I miss carried twice and got ectopic pregnancy which ended up removing one of my tubes. Could someone suggest the best possible ways to conceive naturally as I am in a location where I cannot get regular consultations with medication and doctors
