My abdomen and pelvic ultrasound report says Both ovaries bulky in size with multiple small cysts along the periphery with dense central stroma Right ovary measures 3.3 x 1.8 x 3.1 vol-10.0cc Left ovary measures 3.7 x 2.2 x 2.5 vol- 11.5 cc How serious is this situation?? Can this be cured?? Will homeopathy be helpful? Other than proper diet and exercise.

Limited effect of homeopathy. Diet and exercise helpful especially if overweight. Cannot be cured but can be controlled.
