Pcod treatment
I am having pcod since last 5 years. Currently since last 3 years i m taking evecare syrup daily. But the flow in periods is mostly very less. What should i do?

Hello , please avoid the spicy,dry,and excess oily items from your diet and you can avoid the sweets and curd , pickles etc if you have the habit of non veg food along with raitha or curd with pickle please stop it that .
