Hi there , I know it probably will sound cliché but the main problem in PCOD lies in insulin resistance your darkening patches ( acanthosis ) signifies that . I am guessing you’re diagnosed with PCOD so you must have done your USG and consulted with your gynaecologist.
Next Steps
On your end you can start having balanced meals and reduce your glucose spike by adding fibre and protein per meal .Walking 10 mins after your 3 major meals will help a lot . You can take help from apps like healthify me to calculate your daily calories requirement.
Health Tips
One very useful supplementation for PCOD patients is ionisitol which can help you with it . Please continue your ongoing treatment if any but at the end its a lifestyle disease and you can control and even reverse it to an extent by lifestyle modifications. All the best
