M 22 yrs old. I have pcod & my cycles r irregular I haven't got periods since 2 months can I wait a little longer or do I have pcod didn't get my periods since last 2 months do I need a medication for that or can I wait longer ?I was advised by doctor to take SECAM E& SECAM P for 3 days when I had the same condition before Can I take that med this time too

I would suggest that you take Tab Dronis 30mg 1tab once daily for 3cycles at least….alongwith good nutritious diet plus some kind of physical activity like brisk walking for 30mins a day or aerobic exercises…lifestyle modification helps in reversing PCOS hugely…connect for further queries

Missing periods for two months with PCOD is common, but whether to wait or start medication depends on things only your gynaecologist can assess in person, not something to decide from a repeat prescription.
