Hi I am 29yrs old suffering from PCOD problem for quite a few years. I have irregular periods heavy bleeding and I am suggested few medicines which I had mentioned. My hemoglobin level is 6.2.Please let me know the diet plan to be followed to increase hemoglobin. Thanks in advance.
