Pcod - Induce periods immediately
Hi doctors,
Last month my date was 10th October. This month till now no periods . I have slight symptoms like cramps and white discharge but no periods and bloated. What can I do to induce periods immediately? I don't want to have any pill. I daily exercise walk and run 10-12000 steps and am overweight.
I am travelling on 24th want periods early if possible.Can something help in ayurveda?
Can any supplement help me? I have hight testosterone androgen and insulin.I take spearmint tea daily with diet change.
I am 28 and unmarried.
