I am having pcod and last month I had lap surgery for endometriosis and found kissing ovaries. After that I had my period 20 days delayed on day 4 when doc examined and told I still had endometriosis . Is this possible ? We are trying to conceive from last 2 years. I got married 2 years back. Can I conceive in this case by IUI or not ? Is IVF is the only way for me to get pregnant I m 29 years old and age of my husband is 30 years

Its very difficult to answer without seeing the laparoscopic picture, but yes its possible to still have endometriosis as endometriosis recurs very fast and it may not be possible to take it all out sometimes except in very expert hands.
