What could be the possibilities and when will my periods arrive?? In the last one year I had only menstruated 3-4 times , as after each period 3 month gap occur with sometime spotting also , reason may be stress

After taking medroxy progesterone you need to wait for 7days for periods. For pcos the first line of treatment is diet and exercise. Your BMI is approximately 29 which is in the overweight zone. If you control your lifestyle your periods will get better. Stress is also one of the reasons.
