Hello, have you taken any medication for developing eggs ( ovulation induction) in this cycle? With the given follicle sizes, you can take the trigger injection and try naturally. Also, tubal evaluation test ( are your Fallopian Tubes open) is it done? When a women with pcod is trying to conceive, we also give other supplements to take care of insulin resistance, antioxidant support - are you taking those medications? From the aspect of male partner - a basic semen analysis is absolutely important. In your details, you have mentioned weight 65 and height 5'3, for your height your weight should be between 53-58 kgs. Once all these factors are taken care of and tested pregnancy chances improve.
