PCOD and DNA fragmentation

Hello, I recently had a FET failure. Reason for IVF was my husband's DNA fragmentation 36%(no smoking or alcohol), my 1 tube blockage. We went for second opinion before 2nd FET, this new doctor did my scanning (12thday) and said I have PCOD (Multiple follicles) DNA fragmentation is crossed 30%, it might not improve in medicines. We have 4 blastocyst embryos,  3-"2AA", 1- "2BB". He said these embryos are not good quality, if we try another cycle also it might fail. My periods are regular and when my IVF doctor did scanning, she never mentioned PCOD. I've been regularly getting scanned and always everything was good. Before starting IVF during follicular study, she monitored I was ovulating regularly 1. How  can I have PCOD suddenly in 20-25 days of my last scan? 2. Is it true DNA fragmentation can't be improved? 3. 2AA embryo quality is not good? It was 6AA after thawing. I'm very confused after visiting the new doctor. Kindly address all 3 questions.. thank you in advance

You can go for second FET again. The embryos are not that bad. The chances of success is still.there.

Hi dear I can understand your pain, be strong. If your embryos are ready, then there is no need to worry about pcod. And the embryos which you have shared the grading with that you can get a pregnancy. Try Tab.Dfrag for your husband. Good luck dear

Polycystic ovaries on usg does not mean PCOD. If your cycles are regular and hormones are normal and ovulation happens naturally u don’t have PCOD Sperm DNA fragmentation may take time to improve its true We need to rule out Varicocele and also if husband smokes or is obese need to address that. The description of embryos is good enough no need to Panick , use them for future transfer before trying any new IVF
Next Steps
Just speak with your doctor and clear the concerns Just be patient and u should conceive. If necessary we can do a video consultation to answer your queries.
