Hi, I have observed that sometimes I take pause in breathing. I inhale then exhale and take pause. After exhaling i am taking pause. Is it normal? Thanks

Until unless u feel short of breath this is normal Don’t worry If u still have doubt better to consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated

What is ur weight and height Feno values PFT if any done Any one in family with similar complaints What work u do R u smoking? Drinking? Any thyroid issue?
