I have patchy beard problem, I have good genetics because my father have good beard.i heard about minoxidil 5% solutions for beard growth.is it safe ? If it safe then how to use it without any side effects? Kindly reply

If from the beginning itself you were having sparse beard then there is not much scope for minoxidil or any other modalities of treatment. But if you have lost the beard recently  then minoxidil may help. Also a dermatologist can try intralesional steroid also.
