I have less beard and patchy too , I wait for one month also without shave still it's same patchy .

Hello, it's difficult to comment about this without seeing the condition in person..as you have less beard already &  you are saying patchy..it may be natural/ alopecia aerata.. please visit my Delhi clinic in person for actual examination for deciding whether you need treatment or not... thanks
