I have a issue on my head, as somwhere in my head some infection growth are happening regularly from last two to three years in form of small patches like wart, I didn't feel any itching on the spot but it's spreading from one place to another, at the moment its occurred in 3 place on my head from last 3 year and hopefully it will grow in coming time. Please do needful or advise for same
