Patches in inner cheeks

I have been noticing these brown white patches in my inner cheeks with no pain and no symptoms. Doctor diagnosed it as lichen planus but i am a bit confused. this patches are bilateral. Please check the pictures and tell me what is it.

Actually the pics are not clear to diagnose better u should consult nearest Dentist....

Pictures appear to be just like normal variations of buccal mucosa and is normal but if these patches appeared few days back only and is causing you discomfort like itching,burning biopsy should be done.

Pics are not clear visit your dentist and add antioxidant vit A vit C and vit E in your regular diet

Hi! So from the pictures it looks like a normal variation in the buccal mucosa, I need a few more answers as to how long have these lesions been bothering you and whether you have any habits? Plus just in case it is lichen planus which is unlikely we might need a swab from that area just to check in lab to rule out any possibility.
