Can you please suggest me way forward based on the attached PAT scan report. Doctor has suggested for a chemotherapy, what is the advance chemotherapy available in india, and which one we should opt for and where from.

Patient will require FNAC or biopsy from the FDG avid area. If the tissue diagnosis report says malignant then he might require chemotherapy but if it is inflammatory then he will require antibiotics and follow up.
