sugar rapidly, hence it may cause weight gain or high blood sugar level. Once in a while is fine, but on regular basis, It is not recommended. If your are lover of Pasta, everyday you can have two teaspoons of cooked Pasta to satisfy your taste buds! However it can be taken on regular basis also as your breakfast meal, but you will have to talk to your Dietitian, he or she can plan pasta recipe for your breakfast with some addition or deletion in your whole day diet.
