Passing glucose Tolerance test

Hello I've been advised to get Glucose Tolerance Test by my dr. She's asked me to have some food then wait for 1 hour, then have 75gm glucose with water & then give blood sample exact 2 hrs after having the glucose. I want to know what should I have in the food before taking the glucose water so that I pass this test?? I'm not diabetic neither do I have any family history of diabetes

First sample should be empty stomach and then next sample after  2 hrs drinking 75 gm of glucose.....
