Partial tear of acl

I had partial tear of acl in 28 january 2021.i ate medicine for 5 months and did excercises for 5 months. But still I feel mild pain on my right knee especially when u drive car. This pain is normal? Can i do sqauts and planks for strengthening of leg muscles? Can i lift weights I.e dumbells and pushups?

Avoid squats and lunges, other erecises to strengthen knee muscles is important. In mean while try PRP 6 sessions for 6 months.If not improving in next six months Partial ACL reconstruction is advised
