Partial loss of bladder control

He had fever + sore throat a few days ago which resolved with PCM 500mg. He also experienced increased urinary frequency which now progressed to partial loss of bladder control. H/O stroke causing right sided hemiparesis which resolved after physiotherapy. No h/o burning micturition/chills No h/o DM/HTN/IHD/Asthma Appendicectomy done 7-8 years ago No focal neurological deficits I'm a recent MBBS graduate, I don't live with my grandfather, what should be my next step in taking care of him given this Pandemic situation since I cannot take him for further investigation.
