Partial loss of bladder control
He had fever + sore throat a few days ago which resolved with PCM 500mg. He also experienced increased urinary frequency which now progressed to partial loss of bladder control. H/O stroke causing right sided hemiparesis which resolved after physiotherapy.

Hi, symptoms looking like UTI fever with chills, better to check urine routine test,good hydration,give him citra alkha 2tbsp in 100ml water morning and evening
