Partial ligament tear in the mid section

Hi, As per the MRI reports for my knee scan I have suffered from partial thickness tear in the midsubstance of ACL . Can you please advise what are my best options in this case. PS: I don't want to go for a surgery. Thanks

It depends on how much symptomatic instability you have clinically. So undergoing surgery is a better option. However non-operative management will also work

Partial tear of ACL can be dealt with simple physiotherapy and building up of the muscles around the joint. Definitely it all Depends upon the demand of activities by you and the sports activities you are into. Most of the partial tear recovered by nonsurgical management but still there are some with residual laxity affecting the stability of the knee joint which needs surgery
