Based on this, you are at zero risk for rabies, as parrots and other birds do not carry or transmit the rabies virus. Your tetanus protection is also completely secure because your shot from 3 months ago provides full, active immunity against tetanus bacteria. However, for a proper diagnosis of the wound and to rule out any rare avian-specific bacterial infections (like psittacosis) or secondary skin infections, a clinical review is recommended. While rabies is not a concern, bird saliva can harbor unique oral bacteria that can enter the skin barrier through a deep puncture or bleeding bite. Prompt washing was an excellent preventative action, but monitored healing is still necessary to ensure no local bacterial replication takes place.
Next Steps
Keep the Wound Clean and Disinfected: Gently wash the finger bite again with mild antibacterial soap under running tap water, pat it dry with a clean towel, and apply a thin layer of over-the-counter antiseptic cream. Protect the Finger Barrier with a Bandage: Keep the puncture site covered with a clean, breathable adhesive bandage to shield the open skin layer from environmental dust and prevent secondary bacterial contamination while it heals.
Health Tips
To accurately evaluate the healing depth of your parrot bite, review your long-term immunization timeline side-by-side, and provide a secure medical plan to completely ease your mind about transmission risks, please book a direct consultation session via my Practo profile."

You are very well protected. Parrots do not carry rabies, so there is no rabies risk from a parrot bite. Your tetanus injection taken 3 months ago fully covers you for tetanus — no booster needed. Bird bites can occasionally cause bacterial infections (Psittacosis from parrots, or Pasteurella-like bacteria), but since you washed the wound promptly and the bleeding has stopped, the risk is low. Watch the bite site for signs of infection over the next 2-3 days.
Next Steps
Keep the wound clean — wash with soap and water twice daily and apply an antiseptic. If the bite area becomes red, swollen, warm, or starts to have discharge over the next 2-3 days, see a doctor for antibiotic treatment. No vaccine of any kind is needed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Most likely you are not at a potential risk of developing an infection. Wound care should be practiced, keep the area clean and dry. Check for the warning signs sudden increase in pain, swelling, discharge or increase in size of wiynd

Low risk of getting any disease as the wound seems to be superficial and you've taken tt some time back. Always get your pets vaccinated to prevent any such harm.

Risk depends on extent of bite. If just superficial, cleaning with antiseptic solution and applying betadine ointment is good enough  but if deep or extensive. Then you need antibiotics. Please consult a physician physically for clinical assessment.
