In my ct scan following mentioned Deviated nasal septum to right side with bony spur impinging right inferior turbinate. Concha bullosa of left middle turbinate. Small mucosal polyp in right maxillary sinus. Can this thing can cure by medicine or i have to go through operation???

You need Surgery(Endoscopic Nasal Surgery) as the first step of your treatment. This is to be followed by about 12-18 months medications to heal your sinuses and subsequently saline nasal washes to keep your nasal passages clean to prevent a recurrence of the situation.
