3 weeks before my mother got paralytic stroke when she woke up in morning, she was sweating and BP went high with body numbness.Main thing is her vocal cord got blocked due to which nothing was going through her mouth to stomach not even saliva. By the end of the day,she started having sips of water and than normal. We checked blood test ,it was normal. We did MRI P+C and spine, reports came out normal. However still she feels same weakness inside with headack .Please suggest next steps.

She appears to have had a TIA...a kind of mini- stroke...Please consult ur nearest neurologist immediately to get her evaluated in detail for any coexisting contributory factors and to start medications which can prevent future strokes...
Next Steps
Meet a neurologist...
