Treatment was done for papillary adenocarcinoma 20 years before for nose but now in the latest ct scanning it appears to be repeated once again I am sending the latest ct scan report please suggest the further proceedings and suggest the best place for treatment

Will need reresection . Endoscopic sinus surgery by ENT or a neurosurgeon both ok
