Hello sir/I'm having brown discharge after 24days after my period so I have done pap test.I wanna know what is the meaning of inflammatory smear??I have attached the report please reply..

Your smear is normal for your age. Plenty of polymorphs means that there is infection. That much infection will be often found in a vaginal smear because it is exposed to the atmosphere. In technical language it is written as "Inflammatory smear". There is no evidence of pre-malignant condition or any cancer.
