This is my pap smear test result. I took it because I have been having brown coloured discharge for a year now. Can you please tell me if there's anything to worry about in the report? Pap Smear, Slides Specimen Type: Conventional Pap Smear. Microscopic Examination System: Bethesda system, 2014. Specimen Adequacy: Satisfactory for evaluation. Endocervical cells/Transformation zone component: Present General Categorization: Negative for Intraepithelial Lesion or Malignancy. Impression: Reactive Cellular Changes associated with Inflammation or repair are present.
