Hello mam i have tested pap smear for safety.. Plz see my reports.. I am safe from cervical cancer or I can do repeat pap smear Pap smear (lbc) Specimen adequancy : satisfactory for evaluation A satisfactory squamous component is present Endocervical Or transformation zone component :Absent Obscuring elements :Absent General categorization: Negative for intraepithelial lesion/malignancy (nilm) Non neoplastic finding: Reactive cellular changes associated with moderate inflammation Interpretation /result: Negative for intraepithelial lesion/malignancy (nilm) Plz help me i am very stressed. Is I am safe from cervical cancer or I can repeat pap smear test??

Pap smear should be done with HPV. This pap smear is without HPV test. It shows in inflammation  and no cancer. In my opinion without HPV it is incomplete.

This is suggestive of infection You should take a course of antibiotics and repeat the test after 6 weeks of completion of antibiotics
