Pap smear test

Hello mam in my pap smear report their is satisfactory squamous  component present Endocervical and transformation zone component Absent Negative for intraepithelial lesion and malignancy (nilm) Non neoplastic finding :reactive cellular changes with moderate inflammation Interpretation results: negative for intraepithelial lesion and malignancy (nilm) Is my report is normal or I need another pap smear??
