Pap Smear Report Analysis Request

Hi, I recently took pap smear and got below report. Is there any issue? I took this pap smear after course of antibiotics for watery yellow discharge and discharge is now stopped. Findings : Moderately cellular smear showing Scattered Superficial Squamous Cells, intermediate Squamous Cells, endocervical cells, parabasal cells, some intermediate cells shows reactive nuclear atypia admixed with sheet of Inflammatory cells in background. Interpretation: Reactive changes - present, Grandular & Squamous Abnormalities - absent Infective organism - absent, other cells - nil Impression: inflammatory smear with reactive changes. No signs of intraepithelial lesion or malignancy.
