I feel like i cant breathe properly all the time. I feel suffocated when i lay down. I get dreams in my sleep and feelings of panic in my sleep. I am scared all the time and i am pregnant too. This has been happening from one year and i am scared to take medicines. Yoga teacher has suggested me deep breathing for 24 hours. Should i take medicine or not or i will get healed with meditation and yoga?
