Our brain sends a signal to release adrenaline when we are faced with some danger, e.g. If a person attacks you. This is called the fight or flight reaction. Sometimes the brain sends the signal to release adrenaline for no apparent reason. When this happens our heart rate increases and a person gets a panic attack as He /she wonders why they are getting palpitations. Therefore one needs to make a plan to deal with the panic attacks and one benefits from learning deep breathing tip from your psychiatrist or a Clinical psychologist

Panic and anxiety can be treated beautifully with medications, what lingers is anticipatory anxiety, the feeling that u will get a panic attack. This needs to be tackled as it affects your everyday activities, although this anticipation doesnt always precipitate into a panic attack it is all consuming and omnipresent. Convey your issues to your psychiatrist clearly and explicitly..medications along with counselling will benefit you..
Next Steps
try relaxation exercises..deep breathing and mindfulness

Along with the medication and the treatment please visit a Psychological counsellor and take some sessions with them. I think that could also add some value to it.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.
