Yes...u can take....if still any issue persists.. u also try some natural remedies..chamoline tea..if still insomnia persists ..visit or take online consultions ..I have expertise Evening visiting consultant working with 4 corporate hospitals manipal .Agrasen..venkateshwar  in dwarka..or u can have online appointment

See panic symptoms mostly occur during evening hours especially night.There isn't any harm if u find escitalopram activating ,u can take it during day with lunch. Start taking clonazepam ABIT earlier in evening,its effect will last whole night. Delayed ejaculation is due to escitalopram .
