There is difference  in expert psychological intervention  and counselling.  Please go for an expert opinion to a clinical psychologist.

You need counseling more than anything else. Anxiety and panic attacks are resultant of faulty repetitive conditioned thinking pattern. Let me know if you need my help.

Hello, panic disorder is best treated with a combined approach of medication and psychological intervention. The results are superior to either treatment alone. Addition of psychological intervention to your medication regime will help you attain recovery earlier and in a sustained and more complete manner. Hope this helps you..

Hi, You are absolutely right. Medicines would be just a part of the treatment for panic disorder. Usually treatment is tailor made to the nature, severity of the disorder & of course your own psychosocial needs. Alongside medicine, appropriate interventions like CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) & lifestyle modifications would be beneficial. Regards
