Panic attacks, migraine

I am having panic attacks since about 10 yrs now. Sometimes they are frequent. I had a rough past ( childhood). ( with very good parents- they werent the issue) . My best friend passed away when i was 10. Didn't have friends till i was 15. Had 2 best friends who broke my trust a lot of times and broke me further. Got 2 new bestfriends when i was in college (17 yrs old) and i dont wanna loose them. I have migraine attacks sometimes since the last 2-3 yrs and expect my best friends to understand. They dont. Sometime i get angry on small things too. They are irritated by that. But sometimes i have genuine reasons for that. I listen to their side and try to change my behaviour but they never listen to me and hence we get in a fight, i dont wanna loose them too. I have had a lot of suicidal thoughts but thinking about my parents stops me from giving up. I need help from a psychiatrist.

You need professional help and counselling. Homoeopathy has very good medicines for these problems and they have no side effects, no tendency to create a dependency on the medicines. These medicines are safe and can be taken with any other medicines.
Next Steps
Maintaining emotional diary to write what ever you felt without hesitation will help to vent out emotions and be aware of your own emotions, attitudes and perceptions- that will help you change your thinking into positive mode.
