I have a friend who is suffering from a condition. We aren't sure whether it's epilepsy or panic attack.we are posting it here to get some advice so that we can consult the right doctor. Please have a look at screenshot for details.

Dear friend, acording to description it seems seizure. But other psychological issues may b along with it. Do an EEG, Video EEG urgently and consult psychiatrist and neurologist both. Best wishes.
