Panic attacks are extreme anxiety episodes which tend to last for a few mins to almost an hour. They can make a person experience high distress and feel helpless. They are treatable by undergoing psychotherapy, especially Cognitive Behavior Therapy. What you described as inferiority complex and hating people may be manifestation of unresolved Psychological issues that need a closer look as well. Merely labeling yourself may not be very helpful.
