Panic and pulse, nerve issue

I am anxiety and panicked person. We have done 24 hours BP monitor it came to a normal range. At home BP is normal 130/85 but when going out of home or some office work, i feel like my pulse,heart is running and after few minutes all is normal. Can't keep nerves under control. Any ayurvedic medicine or nerve system.

Nothing to worry. BP and pulse can rise after moderate activity like brisk walking or climbing stairs. Rest for 10 minutes and check for accurate value.
