I have palpitations (i feel my chest and stomach fluttering and my heart pounding ... 78 and 83bpm) and also shortness of breath .... I did ecg months ago it came out normal ... I did blood test I had everything normal except low ferritin and 15 ng but I took iron supplements ... and also bilirubine that's high but I was told it's not a problem it's gilbert syndrome.... this period I havent been sleeping very well but I have been eating well ... Also I am treating GERD and helicobacter pylori
