I get short of breath while climbing stairs my stress ecg,2d echo,pft,xray all were normal I also coughed small amount of blood can this be pulmonary embolism

First check your haemoglobin level..your age is 20 yr so chances of cardiac problem is less..unless it is since birth. Kindly elaborate all symptoms u have with family history.
Next Steps
CBC, CT scan of thorax and sputum test.
