Hi sir suddenly i will get palpitations giddiness I feel anxious panic I have done ECG 5 times Sinus tachycardia 2d echo show normal ej 60 I was fine from one year now again problem started i am psychiatrist medicine from one year now my dose had reduced Is anything related to heart 2 days before I had done ct brain normal eeg normal Plz help me i am not able to go to work i am alone in family to run house
