Palpitations

For the last week have been getting very frequent palpitations. Doctor gave me beta blockers which have helped but still getting them daily. Without the tablets I get runs of them that really scare me. My pulse rate is usually 90-100bpm. When I check my pulse I can feel the odd skipped beat ECGs today have shown incomplete right bundle branch block, as did an ECG I had in 2013. Doctor not concerned but I am. My brother died in his sleep at 18 months old so im worried about brugada syndrome?

Ok need to consult a cardiologist get a holter done for at least 48 hrs. Need to see 2D Echo also. If it is arrhythmia need to see it's nature and site of origin. If does not subside with medication need to do ablation also sometimes.
Next Steps
Can consult electrophsiologist also
