My uncle has palpitation. He has hot an attack of palpitation about half n hour to 45 min back. BP is normal but pulse was 260. He took isoptin 80 mg. His pulse rate got 210 in 45 min. Can he be given another tablet of isoptin. If yes then how much n when

Hi, his heart rate is high and he needs hospital treatment and further evaluation of arrhythmia.
