Hello there.
I can understand your concern. There are many causes for this tachycardia like stress, fear, exercise, certain hormonal imbalances like for eg: thyrotoxicosis, and anxiety also to name a few.
Since your tachycardia is due to anxiety, this has to be treated.
You can try pranayama, yoga and meditation everyday.
Have a salt restricted diet.
Consult a psychiatrist for further evaluation and management.
